E-Billing Registration Form

 

The Township of Algonquin Highlands is pleased to announce that we now offer E-billing services to our Property Owners.

The E-bill will include the same information as a regular paper bill. Billing months and payment options remain the same at this time. If you are interested in going paperless, please complete and submit the form below.

Complete a separate form for each property roll number. (The property roll number is located at the top left corner of your tax notice under the logo.)

It is the owners’ responsibility to notify the Township of Algonquin Highlands Tax Department of any changes to the email address provided for E-billing.

Should the Township be notified electronically that a sent bill is undeliverable, a paper copy of the bill will be mailed to the customer’s mailing address on file.

It is the owners’ responsibility to contact the Township of Algonquin Highlands Tax Department if a Tax Bill is not received, and to confirm or update your information when required.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used strictly for the purpose of providing E-billing services of property tax notices.
